We believe the 5 ladies listed are equipped with the best skill-set to live up to their potential and can transcend into a productive and polished battle rapper.

While we detail some of the strengths and weaknesses of each battler. We believe the upside of each individual will outweigh their minuses.

#5 C Bri The Lyricst

Fresh out of Flint, Michigan. C Bri The Lyricst is a talented prospect in the Midwest circuit and has been on the radar for a few years. With only a handful of battles in her catalogue, she posses the writing and rapping ability to emerge as a threat. If she’s able to polish up her fundamentals, she can greatly improve to be a productive battle rapper. She’s stood in front of some prominent names like Yoshi G on URL and Viixen the Assassin in a 1 round battle. She made her Panic Room debut on Queen Of The Ring recently. Although she didn’t have a good performance on Panic Room 6, she has been exposed to big opportunities early in her career because her talents are special and the potential is high.

Strength: She has a unique flow, a good pen, a lot aggression and is able to break her opponent down by using a disrespectful/direct approach. Her disrespect has proven to be effective. Her 3rd round against Yoshi G, serves as great example of what C Bri can do when its time to have a conversation.

Weakness: Delivery still needs work. There is a lack of confidence sometimes in the way she raps her material. She has choked in some of her biggest battles, so there is a valid concern if the moment is too overwhelming when the lights are the brightest.

#4 Rocq Lee

Coming all the way from NOLA, we present to you, Rocq Lee. She has gained a popular reputation from her audio battles on the EFM Twitter space events. If you have ever listened to Rocq Lee rap, you know shes got bars and posses an a profound amount of battle rap IQ. She’s creative, animated, filled with energy and aggression. She can vividly paint pictures with her material. Audio battlers from EFM have been transcending with their talents and have been gaining opportunities to rap in person. Her audio battles were good enough to  earned a opportunity to rap on iBattle. She has only battled in person once, but she was able to translate her style on her debut. The ceiling could be high after some more experience.

Strengths: Solid pen, creative, good projection and has a lot of performance. Rocq Lee has a good battle rap IQ and she’s proving that she can translate in person.

Weakness: She has never done a full 3 round battle in person so she has yet to be fully tested, her cadence needs improvements and she could work on getting quicker to the punch.

#3 Jay Love

Fresh out the Boogie down Bronx, Jay Love is a student of the game. After putting in some work over the last few years, she’s ready to put her stamp on the game. Jay love is one of the prominent battlers on the league SheGoesHard and was featured on the Season Chixx rookie roster of Colosseum Battle League. She has presence when she raps, can be humorous and she has a VERY disrespectful bag.

Strengths: Very good presence, shock value with her disrespectful/sexual bars, can make an audience laugh with jokes and sarcasm. Delivery is improving with every showing.

Weakness: Stumble prone. Her performance is improving but still has much room to grow. Slow cadence. Subpar Puncher. Crowds overreacting to Jay Love’s material hinders more than helps, it prevents her from establishing momentum in her round.

#2 Fendi

Where Brooklyn at !? Fendi is by far, the best pen on this card. The intricacies of her writing is layered and high level. She can pack a punch and is almost certain to give you some content worth enjoying in the building and on the watch-back. Fendi has been on the scene for almost a decade, but as of lately, she has been closely surveying the landscape of battle rap in efforts to break through to the main stage this year. Fendi is fresh off a battle with Shooney Da Rapper on Midnight Madness, where she put up a valiant effort in a judged loss. Fendi is a great pen, but just like most battlers with great pens, they fall short in other departments to enhance their lyricism.

Fendi is now being managed by an entertainment manager named Ling, who specializes in artist development and content coordination. Ling has built a great reputation as a manager, with clients such as Ave and Holmize Da God. Both of Ling’s battle rap clients have reached a high levels of success. Fendi is in good hands and she could possibly unlock her potential under the proper guidance and management.

Strengths: Great pen, great wordplay, good puncher, she is battle tested, ability to craft a good angle and is very poised when her opponents are rapping.

Weakness: Not captivating enough to take over a room, delivery still could use improvement, stumbles in battles, needs to enhance performance and she may be close to her ceiling. Fendi has been on the scene since 2013.

#1 Charisma

Staten Island stand up! Charisma is the best pure rapper on this entire card. She’s also well battle tested. She’s been in the ring with Coffee Brown, Jade, Jada Raye, Lady Caution, Melato Black and more. She’s been featured on leagues like Verbal Warzone, SheGoesHard, QOTR, URL and Gates of The Garden. Experience is the best teacher. She is due for a breakout performance to transcend to the next level.

Strengths: Great flow, good wordplay, can scheme well, battle tested, poised and has a solid pen.

Weakness: Charisma is a great rapper but there is a lack of a command in her projection.  She doesn’t put enough emphasis on her punchlines. Decent performer, could improve. Could be close to ceiling. Needs to implement more structure in her rounds.
